Project Graduation is an all night party for all
seniors: a safe, sober and fun way to celebrate on graduation night. The
Piner gym is transformed into a tropical paradise!
Seniors dance with DJ Dax, play casino and carnival games to earn raffle
tickets, win terrific prizes, eat great food, visit a hair stylist, have a
caricature done, get a manicure or henna tattoo, and just hang out together…
one last time! Typically more than 80% of the graduates attend. Party
tickets are a great gift for your graduating senior!

Tickets are Available Now:
Advance tickets are $65 in the Piner Business Office
Tickets cost $75 at the door.
In addition to the ticket, a contract signed by the student and parents is
required for admission.

Two easy ways to get tickets:
1. Buy tickets at the Piner High School Business Office (bring $65 and a
completed contract or they will provide you with a blank contract that you
can return later)
2. Download and fill out the
contract.
Send the contract and a $65 check to Piner High Project Grad, PO Box 397,
Fulton, CA 95439. Your tickets will be mailed to you. Include the address
where you want the tickets sent.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
A successful Project Grad party requires the help of at least 300 parent
volunteers – especially parents of freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. This
is a fun event to participate in and we need you! There are many ways to
help: set-up, decorating, working game booths or casino tables, food
staffers, security, clean-up plus many more! Even just a few hours of your
time will be appreciated!

PRIZE and CASH DONATIONS – We need your help!
Too busy to volunteer? It costs a minimum of $20,000 each year to put on a
party this size…. you can help Project Grad with your donation of money,
supplies or prizes.

We need :
Prizes such movie tickets, gas cards, Itunes cards, camping equipment, dorm
room items, tools, gift cards, concert/sport tickets, towel sets, office
supplies, small barbeques, blenders, coffee pots, cameras, car accessories,
and anything else a graduating teen could use!

All donations are Tax Deductible - All donors
receive a thank you letter and receipt for their taxes. Names of donors over
$1000 will have their name published in a thank you ad in the Press Democrat
next fall.
