Due to the number of senior activities and responsibilities for graduation, these dates are published in advance. Some dates hold for the entire school, but many dates refer to seniors alone.

1. March 26 3rd Quarter Report Cards Mailed home. 3rd Quarter letters warning of possible non-graduation status.

2. Saturday, April 10 Prom – Double Tree

3. Thursday, April 22 Anyone suspended on or after April 22nd will not be able to participate
in Graduation Ceremonies.

4. Monday, April 26 Seniors notified of bills owed to school. School bills paid after this
date must be paid in CASH. (No checks accepted after this date) Bills must be paid in full prior to receiving graduation tickets, beginning on May 20th.

5. Thursday, April 29 4th quarter Oral Progress Reports sent home and Senior non-graduation letters.

6. Thursday, April 29 Last day to sign up for Graduation Speaker Auditions see Ms. Spearman J213
7. Thursday, May 6 Senior Day on the Green & Senior Barbecue at lunch

8. Thursday, May 6 Graduation auditions for speaker at 2:10 in Ms. Spearman’s Room - J213

9. Monday, May 10 First Senior Grade Check made to determine any NEW Graduation problems, parents notified by counselor.

10. Thursday, May 20 Senior trip to Disneyland.


11. Thursday, May 13, Yearbook Release Party 6:00 PM Multi-Purpose Room. Yearbooks will be distributed and non published pictures will be for sale. Seniors will receive them on May 18th. During lunch and after school.

12. Tuesday, May 18 Senior Awards Program - Seniors receiving awards will be honored at this special evening program. The program begins at 7 pm in the Performing Arts Center.

13. Monday - Friday Dead Week - No School Sponsored Activities.
May 17 – May 21

14. May 20 – May 28 Begin to distribute graduation tickets. Six tickets per graduating
senior who has paid all bills and is NOT on the senior grades
check for possible non-graduation. Tickets picked up at the
business office during lunch and until 3:00 pm. Parents may buy four (4) extra tickets at $10.00 cash only.

15. Friday May 21 Final Senior Grade Check - Subject to change with final exams.
Parents notified this week by mail or phone if non-graduation is a
possibility.

16. Monday - Thursday Senior Finals Schedule: Monday 5/24 – 4th & 6th Periods.
May 24 - May 27 Tuesday 5/25 – 5th Period. Wednesday 5/26 - 1st & 2nd Periods.
Thursday 5/27 – 3rd period. No Senior Finals Friday 5/29

17. Wednesday, May 26 Senior Check-Out begins - Each senior must check out of each
class by Thursday, May 27th . All bills must be paid, all books
and materials returned. If the check out is not completed, the
diploma will be held.

18. Thursday, May 27 Last Senior Final - 8:00am - 9:55 am.

**Mandatory Graduation Practice - 10:10 am - 12:00 noon. Seniors in graduation exercises will practice on athletic fields.

19. Friday, May 28 Senior Breakfast - in Multipurpose Room, 8:30 am - 9:45 am. Breakfast and entertainment. Piner seniors only, no guests.

**Last Day of School for all students - dismissal at 12:20 pm.
**Graduation – Jim Underhill Stadium, 6:30 pm. Admission by ticket
only.
**Distribution of diplomas – Diplomas may be picked up in the Main
Main Office throughout the summer. No diplomas will be mailed***

****Project Graduation**** - Party begins at 9pm. Open to
all Piner Seniors. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
